Fruit Cleanse Resource Center

Next week, your 40 Days to Personal Revolution program puts Restoration into action by cleaning out the body through a simple fruit cleanse. Here are some resources for you to use to make it lightening and enlightening at the same time.  As always the key is to listen to your body and be wise in your choices.  One of the best ways to support yourself is to prepare ahead of time:
  1. Plan the three days in advance.  Make sure you're choosing the three days next week that make the most sense for you to be in full restoration-mode.
  2. Make a plan. Find some recipes like the ones below or check out the ones showing up at #40DaysFuel.
  3. Go shopping now, buy a lot of fruit (so it's ripe by the time you do your cleanse)
If you have a recipe or a shopping list that works for you, share it on instagram or twitter with the tag: #40DaysFuel 1. A great video playlist of 6 recipes by Fruit Feast author and Certified Baptiste Teacher, Kristy Summers.  Here are recipes that are simple, fun, and give you the support and materials you need to do it on your own.  Click below to watch. How many calories are in each of these recipes? I’m having trouble getting enough during the fruit fast (the fact that I don’t have a blender and therefore am not making smoothies probably doesn’t help!).
