Level Two Training  | Sedona, AZ | October 12 - 19, 2019



The Sedona Mago Retreat is located just outside of Sedona, Arizona. The lodging rooms are modest casitas, which are comfortably furnished with a personal meditation area including a small table and mats. Tuition includes your tuition, accommodations and meals for the duration of the training. You are required to make a minimum payment of $500 at time of registration.

Your $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit (cannot be used for a future program upon cancellation or transfer) is paid upon completion of your registration and will be applied to your tuition.  

You have the option of paying your tuition in full upon registration to receive promotional pricing which is indicated with each accommodation type below.  If you choose to pay your tuition in instalments, the deadline to pay in full is September 14, 2019.

A single room has a double bed and private bath in the spiritual splendor of Arizona!

Double Room  | Pay in Full at Registration: $4,190  | Pay Instalments $4,400

These double occupancy rooms include a single bath, are spacious inside, and have a patio for enjoying the outside! Bed types include two double beds.

Triple Room  | Pay in Full at Registration: $3,840  | Pay Instalments $4,032

These triple occupancy rooms include a single bath and provide a great opportunity for you to share your Level One and expand your community at this beautiful program!  Bed types include a variety of double beds, queen beds and sofa beds.

We require all participants to arrive onsite by 3:00pm on October 12, 2019. In order to maintain the integrity of the program and to uphold your commitment to show up 100%, we cannot allow any late arrivals or early departures.  


The program will end on Friday, October 18, 2019 by 10pm.  Your accommodations include the night of October 18th. We request all participants fly out on Saturday October 19th as it is a requirement to stay until the completion of the training Friday night to receive your Level One Letter of Attendance.  On the last day of your program, Saturday, October 19th, there is an optional yoga class in the morning, as well as breakfast. We recommend departing from the venue anytime after 9am on Saturday, October 19th, although you are welcome to depart as early as 6 AM.


Sedona Mago Retreat is located near Sedona, about two and a half hours (driving) outside of Phoenix and an hour (driving) outside of Flagstaff. We recommend taking a shuttle from the airport or carpooling with other participants (you can coordinate with other participants on the Facebook page for your program).

Please do not use your GPS as it will take you in the wrong direction. Do NOT use Forest Service Road 525. Follow the directions in your information package.

The closest airports are Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (about an hour away) or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (about 2.5 hours away).

For your convenience, we partner with CB Travel to assist you in purchasing flights and to assist you in arranging accommodations outside of program dates if needed. CB Travel offers their services for a fee of $29 (domestic) and $35 (international). This includes monitoring your flights, assisting you with any cancellations or changes while you are traveling and emergency after hours assistance.
