The role

This role reports to the Program Supervisor on the Program Team. This team delivers the transformational Baptiste Yoga program experience (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Fit To Lead). Personal development is at the core of our team’s initiatives and pillars of integrity, participation, and service are the foundation of the work we do.

The Team Lead serves as a conduit for the Program Supervisor in creating, planning and executing program experience and is responsible for training and leading the program apprentice team. This person is very organized, comfortable leading, and able to provide powerful, in-the-moment feedback. This person embodies our stand that the Apprentice Team (and all of Program Team) have breakthroughs of their own during the week. This role develops a natural looking for where the Apprentice Team needs to be in the program room and is able to direct accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Program Supervisor to ensure program logistics are fulfilled (examples include distribution and shipping – receiving/packing, coordinating break times for Apprentice Team, prepping upcoming session locations – clearing and room setup).
  • Lead Apprentice Team, including assigning team member roles and pre-program role training and overseeing individual experiences
  • With Program Supervisor, lead daily Program Team meetings

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience on Program Team at program
  • Ideally, able to commit to a minimum of 3-4 programs a year for a two year timeframe
  • Completed Baptiste Institute Program Team Training
  • A team player willing to support planning and execution in any way – no task is too small
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Requires resilience and stamina to sustain multi-day events with long days and possible time zone changes
  • Ability to travel for work including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to personal wellness and supporting the team in wellness practices
