Betty (ERYT 500) currently co-owns and manages Yoga Lab and Barre Lab IN Singapore. She founded one of the first boutique yoga studio in Singapore seven years ago and since then she has been an significant contribution to the yoga community.
Betty is also one of the first few Baptiste Certified Teacher around the region. She is grateful to called Baron Baptiste her teacher and hopes to empower and inspire teachers and students just how Baron has been empowering and inspiring her. She started her teaching journey in 2007 in Vancouver Canada where she enjoyed most of her childhood. To Betty, yoga is a way of life. She believes that the practice on the yoga mat and yoga as a lifestyle, cannot be separated. Her teaching and yoga practice is also greatly inspired by other beautiful teachers like Patrick Creelman and Arun Rana. Betty also holds certificates in Hot, Yin, Prenatal/Postnatal, Vinyasa flow, and Kids Yoga.
