I started my Baptiste Yoga journey in the UK with my 200h certified Baptiste (inspired) Hot Power Yoga Teacher Training at Lumi Power Yoga, London, UK in 2014. I loved it so much I decided to go to Level one the same year and it literally changed my life! I came back from Sedona, quite my day job and became a full time yoga teacher. I haven’t looked back.
In 2016 I attended Level 2 and Art of Assisting which inspired me to follow my dream to become a Tier 1 Certified Baptiste Yoga Leader. I completed my certification in 2016 and continued my Baptiste journey with Level 3 and Advanced Art of Assisting in 2017.
I am passionate about sharing the power of Baptiste Yoga with all my students and regularly teach classes at Lumi Power Yoga (London) and in my home town Sevenoaks, Kent. Journey into Power is exactly that – a transformational practice that gives you access to your full potential through yoga.
We have a wonderful community here in Kent and welcome everyone from beginners to experienced yogis. Join us!
