At the age of 7 I was introduced to the practice of Kundalini yoga from a friend of my parents and was fascinated. I did my first training at age 19, and completed level 1 with Baptiste in 2011, level 2 in 2013 and have completed the Art of Assist program as well. I have been teaching since 2012 and love to inspire people in their practice and their lives. It is my hope that if you join me for a class you feel the love and joy put in, and get curious about what’s available.
