Lori is an E-RYT- 200 and RYT 500. She completed her first 200-hour at Yoga On High in Columbus, Ohio.
She completed her 500-Hour Teacher Training in December 2021 through Toledo Yoga. She has her Tier 1: 300HR Certified Baptiste Yoga Leader. She also has certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Sculpt, and Yoga For Athletes.
